  • The attending consultant will advise on discharge based on the patient’s condition.
  • Final reports, prescriptions, and post-discharge instructions are prepared.
  • The Billing Desk will generate the final bill including all services and medications used.
  • If insurance is used, pre-discharge coordination is done with the insurance provider for approvals.
  • A Discharge Summary is handed over, and nursing staff will brief the patient/family on care at home and follow-ups.
